EquiVoice Subscription Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to all EquiVoice subscription services.

1. Cancellation Notice:

  • Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time.

  • To initiate a cancellation, subscribers must provide written notice of their intent to cancel to EquiVoice at info@equivoiceadvocate.com or through the cancellation mechanism provided on our website (if applicable).

  • A minimum of thirty (30) days' notice is required for all cancellations.

2. Effective Date of Cancellation:

  • Cancellation will be effective thirty (30) days from the date EquiVoice receives the subscriber's written notice of cancellation.

3. Refund Policy:

  • Due to the nature of our services, EquiVoice does not offer refunds for any partial months or unused portions of a subscription.

  • For cancellations made with the required 30-day notice, the subscriber's access to the Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with less than 30 days' notice.

4. Termination by EquiVoice:

  • EquiVoice reserves the right to terminate a subscriber's access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

    • Violation of our Terms of Service.

    • Non-payment of subscription fees.

    • Any conduct that EquiVoice, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate or harmful to our business or other subscribers.

  • In the event of termination by EquiVoice for cause, no refunds will be issued.

5. Modification of Cancellation Policy:

  • EquiVoice reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. We will notify subscribers of any material changes, and continued subscription after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
